UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

- Translate user, product and business requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Facilitate client workshops, user/stakeholder interviews and creative brainstorms
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to identify design-enhancement opportunities
- Communicate interaction concepts using wireframes, flow diagrams, mockups and high-fidelity prototypes
- Contribute to and maintain design-system components; support engineering hand-offs and UI-fidelity reviews

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in visual design, communications, computer science or equivalent
- 3-6 years of design experience with a user-centric approach
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch
- Experience designing dashboards and analytics UIs, applying data-visualisation best practices
- Strong communication, presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills
