Program Manager

Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple, interdependent projects as a single coordinated program, aligned to strategic objectives
- Define and run delivery governance and scale delivery frameworks across teams
- Own program budgeting and cost optimisation
- Manage cross-program risks and dependencies proactively
- Communicate program status, risks and outcomes to executive stakeholders; track portfolio performance

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field
- 12-18 years of experience in project/program delivery, including large or multiple concurrent programs
- Proven experience with strategic planning, delivery governance and portfolio management
- Strong budgeting, cost-optimisation and risk/dependency-management skills
- Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder-management skills; PMP/PgMP preferred
