Senior AI Governance

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI Governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure a responsible and ethical use of AI.

  • Conduct AI risk assessments, evaluating models for bias, fairness, explainability, robustness, and regulatory compliance.

  • Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to embed governance controls throughout the AI lifecycle.

  • Align AI Governance with enterprise Data Governance, privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare governance documentation, compliance reports, and deliver awareness sessions on Responsible AI practices.

Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years in projects implementation

  • Strong knowledge of AI governance principles, data ethics, and regulatory frameworks.

  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and ability to communicate risks to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven track record in implementing governance frameworks or compliance programs.

  • Excellent communication skills for translating technical AI risks into business language.

  • Develop policies and processes for ethical AI use.

  • Conduct AI risk assessments: Evaluate models for bias, robustness, explainability, and accountability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with data science, engineering, legal, and compliance teams.

  • Train staff on responsible AI: Build awareness and culture around ethical AI practices.
